Cliche, but true, my work is my passion and has always been my calling. I believe in listening and offering a variety of solutions that are a match for my clients individual needs ,goals, and dreams. I empower my clients by creating an atmosphere that is safe and comfortable to explore the complexity of both individual and relationship concerns.. It is my desire to facilitate understanding and openness in dealing with my clients concerns and join with clients to produce growth personally , professionally , and in their relationships.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I have many years of experience in working with adolescents and their families. In addition, I offer particular expertise in complex trauma, and postpartum depression, anxiety, and depression to name a view as I am a lifelong learner and have added many other therapeutic skills sets to my work with clients . I am activist in my own life, and bring that determination to support, validate, and promote safety and belonging to people that face systems of oppression, racism, and violence.
I come from a proud, multiracial background and community, and this facilitates a unique understanding and perspective in helping my clients .
